Please note: Giftogy Creatives adheres to a strict No Refund Policy. No items purchased from wiselife.in will be refunded. However, customers can opt for a replacement in the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product.

Replacement Policy:

• No exchanges will be provided for any product ordered from www.giftogy.com, except in cases where a wrong item or a product with manufacturing defects is received.
• In the event of a replacement, we will arrange for return pickup within 1-3 business days. Upon receipt of the returned product at our warehouse, it will undergo inspection by our quality team. Following careful assessment, we will promptly schedule a replacement order.
• Any issues regarding the product must be reported within a maximum of 7 days from the date of original order delivery.
• Items returned for exchange must be unused, clean, and accompanied by their original packaging and tags in undamaged condition.
